It is important to note that Healthway Medical or HMC, Inc. is only a clinic facility provider for licensed medical doctors and, therefore, does not warranty the quality of the doctors’ services nor does it take liability for the results of any medical procedure, consultation, or drug prescription. Only doctors provide medical services and are solely responsible for them. HMC, Inc. as a corporation does not practice medicine and it only provides the rooms, the equipment, laboratory support, and the nursing and administrative and billing services to the doctors for any procedures carried out in the clinics.
